By accessing or using LANDINMARS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including registered account holders.
LANDINMARS is a digital registry that allows users to symbolically claim parcels of the Martian surface. All claims are:
Certificates issued by LANDINMARS are novelty documents only. They do not represent legal deeds, title documents, or any form of enforceable claim.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. LANDINMARS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
OLY is the in-platform credit used to claim and register parcels. OLY credits are:
Payments are processed through Stripe. By purchasing OLY, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to ours.
After claiming a parcel, you must register it within 4 days. Failure to register within this period will result in the parcel being reclaimed and returned to the available pool. Registration fees apply and increase over time:
Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Registered parcels may be listed for sale on the LANDINMARS Marketplace. LANDINMARS does not guarantee the sale of any listed parcel. Transactions are final once completed. LANDINMARS reserves the right to suspend marketplace access at any time.
Users may optionally provide identity information (name, nationality, ID number) for inclusion on certificates. By providing this information, you confirm it is accurate and consent to its use solely for certificate generation and record keeping within the LANDINMARS platform. This information is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
All content on the Platform — including the LANDINMARS name, logo, interface, and certificate designs — is the exclusive property of LANDINMARS. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our branding without written permission.
LANDINMARS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of OLY credits due to account actions, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
LANDINMARS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Platform in any way. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any OLY credits.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, waiving the right to a jury trial or class action.
