We do not collect IP addresses beyond what standard web server logs capture, and we do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Name, nationality, and ID information are entirely optional. You choose to provide them to have your real identity included on your certificates — for example, to make ownership easier to assert in the future. This data is stored securely in our database and used only for certificate generation. It is never shared publicly or with third parties except as required by law.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or financial record-keeping purposes (e.g. transaction history).
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. All communications are encrypted via HTTPS. We implement rate limiting and other security measures to protect against unauthorized access. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure — use the Platform at your own risk.

LANDINMARS is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will delete their account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
